In contrast to the previous parts, where our opponents were mainly dinosaurs, here we will face humanoid opponents. Everything that happened so far was in the series was because chief Tal'Set was taken to these unknown regions - to become Turok, son of stone.
Soon he learns about the task, for which he was brought here. When Tal'Set, the chief of the tribe, is just a step away from killing of the enemy commander, Captain Tobias Bruckner, a strange thing happens - something takes the protagonist to the Lost Land, where he is healed. The story told in the game is based on the slaughter of native Americans by the US army. Turok: Evolution is a prequel to the previous parts of the highly-popular series of shooters with a unique premise.
